I am a creative media professional. I work for media companies and cultural events. Besides that I work as a freelancer with different organisations in the online media/radio/music industry.

After university, I started off in acting and played in different television en movie productions. Not long after that, I got to engage in my great passion: music! I had my own radio show on SLAM! Fm. A known pop & electronic radio station in the Netherlands. Besides that I presented and hosted music events & festivals.

I worked as a project manager for Veronica Holding, a large media company in the Netherlands. I mainly developed projects in online media & music. Since I’m pretty tech-savvy (21th century girl!) I think in terms of Twitter, iPhone, social media and platforms.

2 years ago I started my own “night festival” Club Cult. This festival is a mix of new music with cultural and creative expressions. I like to focus on the creative approach and to create memorable moments for the viewers and listeners. Showing things in a new way. Be open with my senses and make surprising connections. Choosing the right medium for the right subject. To fire start weird moments, tweaking and teasing, being raw, impulsive, playing with conventions.

And now we started New Music Strategies! So, I’m curious right now, what do YOU love/hate/do/care? I’m dieing to know what you have in mind and how I can contribute to that. Let’s develop this inspiration into a great concept.
